School Mission

Thanks to a qualified pedagogical team and appropriate background to lead successfully pedagogical process with pupils (individually as well as in groups) is an objective to prepare pupils for the practical life and to develop their competencies and knowledge in the subjects of

-          personal development – awareness of self-esteem, respect for others, ability to work with own error, racionality and diligence, social empathy and compassion, orientation in society,

-          communication skills (active communication, listening, presentation, correct communication in Czech language and in foreign language),

-          knowledge and its active and practical application and ability of science work,

-          individual talent and its development, work with own mistakes,

-          creative attitude to life in science as well as in the subject of arts.

School Concept

Each pupil is worth of our esteem and our respect. We respect pupils’ individuality, their special talent and the freedom of the choice for the future life path (the decision how to profit their lifetime). This is our motivation to accompany the pupil in his/her life. Teachers are guides, the companions who help pupils to orientate and offer them new opportunities in the area of knowledge, emotions or social relationships.

We trust to pupils´ ability to gain new knowledge by their cognitive and social development rather than mechanical education. We develop their skills of studying and we lead them to enjoy the interesting process of self studies. We teach pupils how to study.

We want to provide pupils the basic life experiences in the area of their peers and by the process of education and upbringing based on the principle of satisfying their individual needs and interests. We would like to support and develop the responsibility, health self-esteem and creativity of pupils.

We emphasize the individual approach toward each pupil, the partnership of family and school and also the large society in the area of education.

We use the methods that develop and encourage pupils´ skills of studying and their natural talent. Pupils are motivated to learn new things in the way that is comfortable and appropriate to them.

We develop pupils´ natural self-esteem and we encourage them by the giving them positive feed-back and praise their successes. In the school we uncover the natural talent of each pupil to develop it.

We lead the pupils toward the mutual help and cooperation during the activities and toward the support of their weaker and stronger areas. The cooperation is the development and the imitation is the natural step of growth.

The whole atmosphere of the school is based on the respect, courteousness and mutual respect between the pupils and the teachers, between the family and the school.

We promote and enable inclusion of pupils with special educational needs (taking into account the ability of the collective to integrate these pupils without any significant disruption of the educational process).
